Doha Tourism Project Co. Ltd. is keen in taking part of efforts conducted by all official and private entities for the development of tourism in the Syrian Arab Republic. Having this goal in mind,
Doha Co. initiated the Luna Verde Villas and Resort project on land it owns on one of the hills to the north of Sabboura and Yafour plains (1200 m above sea level) with a panoramic view of the wide plains.
Luna Verde Villas & Resort project is being implemented on land consist of 150,000 sqm area, of which 60,000 sqm are set aside for the construction of a touristic investment project. A world-class 4-star hotel is accommodated with bungalows, restaurants, swimming pools and other recreational areas.
The remaining area is dedicated for the construction of 70 villas with diverse designs available for sale and secured by an official deed of trust.
Furthermore, the project includes a supermarket and shops designed to make shopping convenient and enjoyable. The cliental base is expected to include shoppers from Damascus and the near by summer resorts and the owner of Luna Verde villas.
