About the Project

Doha Tourism Projects Co. Ltd. is keen on taking part in the efforts conducted by all official and private entities for the development of tourism in the Syrian Arab Republic. Having this goal in mind, Doha Co. initiated the Luna Verde Villas and Resort project on land it owns on one of the hills to the north of Sabboura and Yaafour plains (1200 m above sea level) with a panoramic view of the wide plains.

Luna Verde Villas & Resort project is being implemented on land consisting of 150,000 sqm area, of which 60,000 sqm are set aside for the construction of a touristic investment project. A world-class 4-star hotel is complemented by bungalows, restaurants, swimming pools and other recreational areas.

The remaining area is dedicated to the construction of 70 villas with diverse designs available for sale and secured by an official deed of trust.

Furthermore, the project includes a supermarket and shops designed to make shopping convenient and enjoyable. The client base is expected to include shoppers from Damascus and the nearby summer resorts and the owners of Luna Verde villas.
